Legal Intern
We are looking for an Intern for our Legal Department. We’re seeking an ambitious individual eager to learn in a dynamic, multi-jurisdictional legal practice.
Job responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Legal structuring of business ventures and investment transactions
- Obtaining licenses and authorisations for financial business in various jurisdictions
- M&A advising
- Advising HNWI/UHNWI
- Business setup
- Various contracts drafting
Qualifications:
- Strong English writing skills
- Full-time availability (part-time for students may be considered)
- Eager to learn and build cross-practice expertise
- Ambitious and driven
- Experience in Tax, Financial Regulatory, Corporate, or M&A is a plus
- The ability to work remotely
